Terms of service ʚɞ

By fulfilling the Commission Form, you verify that you have read and are agreeing to the terms outlined below:

I. General Disclaimers

— ★ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the commission for any reason.
— ★ Upon deciding to discontinue the commission, an 80% refund will be provided.
— ★ Disrespectful and/or inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated. I reserve the right to cancel your commission if such occurs.
— ★ I reserve the right to refuse commissions requesting material with imagery that is hateful (e.g., racist, LGBTphobic, etc.) or otherwise discriminatory.

II. Payment

— ★ Payment is with USD through Paypal, or with PHP through GCash. For alternative prices for other currencies, you may inquire privately.— ★ Payment is due in full upfront before I begin the sketch.

III. Copyright and Usage Policy

— ★ You may crop, resize, post to social media (and set as your banner/profile picture/etc.), and print my artwork for personal use.— ★ You may not claim my artwork as yours, remove my watermark/signature, color in my sketches, or use the work commercially without buying the rights to do so from me.— ★ As all art created by me is my Intellectual Property as protected under Philippine law. As such, I have the right to provide when and for what it shall be used.— ★ I consent to the use of my art for personal uses. I do NOT consent to the use of my art to train AI or make NFTs.— ★ I offer different prices for commercial use depending on copyright shares. For commercial use with shared copyright, I offer 150% of the base price. For commercial use where I give you complete copyright of the work, I offer 250% of the base price.

IV. Commission Process

— ★ My turnaround time is estimated to be one to three weeks and may take longer depending on the complexity of the piece. In case it may take longer, I will be notifying you as soon as possible to keep you updated. You may feel free to ask for a work in progress.
